High flexibility
- Continuous recruitment process with two selection rounds per year ;

Applicant-friendly eligibility criteria
- Mobility period between 12 to 24 months for fellows coming to France (i.e. the incoming fellows) ;
- Mobility period of minimum 6 month up to 24 months (followed by a compulsory 6 months return period in Europe) for outgoing fellows (i.e. Agreenium organisation employees applying abroad);
- Holding a PhD (or PhD awarded by mobility start date) ;
- Having a maximum of 10 years research experience after Master's degree ;
- Not having worked more than 12 months in the last 3 years within the host organisation ;
